this morning when waking up, i felt like a zombie.. a walking sombie. it's probably bc of too little of sleeping last night.. i closed my shop at 10 pm. after that i did the dishes and went up to bed at 10.30. really slept at 11 pm and was up again at 4 am.. 5 hours of sleep, plus running 3 kms each day for 3 days already... i turned on the light and went back to spleep and was up again at 4.45... felt a bit better and told myself to better get moving to do something or i would lie there doing nothing...
yesterday after py left, everybody left, the living room looked like it was hit by storm... things were scrattering about... so i did a wee bit of morning page and took of my morning time cleaning, mopping and sweeping the kitchen and the living room... when i saw that they looked amzingly clean again, i was so happy... then i got back to my room to wake up kla and while waiting for time to run, i journaled but just a page. so i decided to do the rest here.. just write thing out and i will feel great...
joon is in bkk now so i will be alone with kla for 2 nights... i was a bit pissed with him this morning for not preparing himself to go to school but sat playing games.. when joon is not here, i have to run everything by myself and sometimes, i am so easily pissed off.. sorry kla for this... but i am in a better mood right now..
when it was time to run, i didn't feel like running today.. i told myself that i was crazy for running 4 consecutive days but i still step on the threadmill and kept on running until i reached 3 kms...well done, well done.. i've done the hardest things today...
i am talking to matt right now.. he came say hello.. we started talking 3 years ago and stopped for 2 years i guess.. now he came back to talk again.. he said before he was busy with his gf and now they broke up so he got back online again.. he is very young but fun to talk to...
today, i need to get lots of things done, need to go shoping do the laundry, iron for kla.. arghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
