i've been sick for the past few days and hoped to get 100% well so soon. i thought that i was 100% this morning.. so i stepped on the treadmill to run. what happened after that? i felt so weak and a bit of shaking. i think my body hasn't fully recovered and it went back to the sate of feeling week again..
glad that pt is around today. he just went out to buy me some electrolye beverage powder to energize me up. he said i looked like a walking zomebie..
i need to get well very soon as i have translation work to do and finish it by the weekend. i can't be sick right now. and i've planned a friday night away with him, just before he leaves for offshore..
i am going to get much better today.. i really hope..
