i still keep up with my running every single day. it's been 9 days now... 91 days to go to reach my goal for running 100 days everyday in a row.. it' fun to get up and go out running with pt everyday in this week. next week, when he is offshore, i will be back to running on the treadmill.
the weather was lovely and a bit cold when we got there. the air was pure and fresh. it was a good feeling to start the day..
i feel that my thighs are getting toned and slim again. i eat less this week and run more. though, i don't loose any kilos, i feel the change in my body. i hope to keep up this good work until, i reach my ideal body...
