when running girl was in another country..

I still kept up with my 100 day-running goal when traveling in Bali and KL. On the first day when we reached KL, I got changed to my running outfit and went to Medaka Square. We had to take MRT to get there. While we were at the MRT station, there were stairs that i could run up and down and I could count it as running. First I ran alone but later Kla joined me.. We completed with each other to see who was going to win by reaching the last step first. It was fun and relaxing after sweating mildly from the run.

I ran up the first stairs I saw while I was in the MRT station. It was pretty hard to run with my tote hanging on my shoulder but it was not so hard to try...

Later Kla joined me and he tried to complete with me..

Later when he saw the stairs, he didn't want to just stand still on the elevators but ran up and down the stiars to reach the spot before everyone..

Sometimes he won, and sometimes I did. It was a good fun and it kept us active.

When we reached Medaka Square, everyone was walking lazily to enjoy the surrounding view. I decided to run around for 10 minutes and sweated moderately to feel fresh and it helped kick start my day..

me at Medaka Square after running... feeling fresh and brand new!

On the first morning in Bali, my sister and I went out running around Ubud. We left our guesthouse at 6 am and was back there at 6.30 am. It was like a jog. We jogged to wake up our legs. There were still not many people and cars on the road. The air was refreshing.

We ran half way and passed the morning market where the locals came out shopping for fresh food..

On the last day in Ubud, I came out running alone. My sister was still tired from the trip of the day before. While running, I had a chance to capture pictures of duckies. They liked to roam around the road and act as though they owned it. The passing-by cars had to stop for them until all the parade crossed the road..

The road was still empty and quiet when I ran at 6 am.
