i am back from tarutao island 2 hours ago. my legs are terribly sore from running 12 k on the hilly road. i didn't think i could make it but i did!!! (actually, we did!!) we finally joined the 7th mini-marathon held in tarutao island. at first, i thought that i would join the event but not so sure if i could make it to 12 k becuase i previously joined only 4k funrun. so this one was very big challenge to me and pt... pt encouraged me to run and he promised to run with me.. and we made it together!!
the run started this morning at 7 am. we woke up at 5.45 to get ready and warmed up. pae, my brother-in-law joined us to. i encouraged him to do so and he loved it after managing to make it to the finish point..
us on the way, after passing half way.. and my legs didn't act up after getting using the road..
when we made it half way and made a u-turn, they gave us this..
the medals, we were hoping to get one..
see what i got!!!! after 1 hour and 31 minutes.. i made to the 5th place of female, age 31-40 years old.. super yay!!!
