i have been busy with shop and works flowing in everyday. so this is just a quickie one. i was out shopping for my shop yesterday. it was nice to get out and take a short glance at the bookstore, before going into tesco shopping area. bought "LivingETC" magazine, my fave, and talked to my old friend on the phone when i was there..i called him to tell him that i thought of him when shopping at tesco. now he is the boss at bkk tesco, pursuing his dream of being a big boss.. (arg! wish you luck, boy! thinking about being a boss or occupying a fancy position sends a chill to my spine..and that is good that people have different dreams!)
it was a slow walking and shopping bc the cart was pretty heavy with cartons of milks, drinks, coke cans and other stuff.. this moment, i miss pt the most!
i've been running 5 miles for 3 consecutive days now.. running 5 miles is a rare thing happenning on weekdays. i mostly do it on weekend and on weekdays i run 4 miles. but i keep telling myself to increase my mileage bc i think i can do it. so, 3 times of 5 miles in a week is quite a miracle to me. and i want it to make it my usual distance, get used to it like i used to do with running 4 miles. further more, i have seen that the thighs are getting slimmer and faster. as i said before, exercise is not my problem for loosing weight, but the food which i have to eat more fiber and less sugar. i know sometimes, i munch on things mindlessly when i get busy. i mostly eat while working which is not so healthy. worse that i've developed a habit of multitasking; eating, working and chatting online. my previous and present work teaches me to be a multitasker.. really.. and i think i need to get rid of it, to be more mindful with what i do.. which i call "live in the moment"
must get back to those piles of works!!
there will be more fun things on the weekend, i promise..
