New Year Eve

on new year eve, we (my sis, her hubby and i) drove to our parents' home to celebrate new year. we arrived there before lunch with food that could serve an army. we bought fresh food to cook together. we planned to have lunch together at our home with some relatives and have a new year party at uncle's home sitting next to my parents' house.

py was running around helping everyone while we were preparing some food..

my sister-in-law was preparing to cook thai noodle for us. she is a great cook.. and i am the opposite.

as i am not the great cook, it was my duty to take care of the little ones..

i brought py to play in the temple and let her run freely, instead of running wild in the kitchen where everyone was cooking..

we ate at uncle's while our lunch was being cooked.. it was just a start..

when lunch was served, we got back home and ate!

played after eating. py was playing with tienpae..another niece of us..

and ran around the house with jenny, one of her auntie..

and at night, they shared fried noodle at the party..

we caraoked, ate, drank, chatted and made fun of each other at the party. i didn't wait for the time to count down but went to bed early and woke up again at midnight when hearing tons of fireworks being lit and played marking as a coming new year..
