poem

i am a beginner of this but i like to try. to write it every single day. and this is what i wrote yesterday.

temptation
love is hard,
you know what i mean,
when we live apart,
when you are feeling lonely and need a friend to talk to,
when i have someone with me by my side.

i can’t be the one for you,
as you want me to be.
you are just a lonely boy,
living in the big city,
and have no one to turn to.

you are one of my good old friends,
who i will always be there for.
But i can’t be the one for you,
the one that’s deeper than being a good old friend.

don’t try to tempt me.
with your all kinds words uttering from your sweet rosy lips,
your midnight messages,
or your random emails.
bc i might not resist,
if you try harder to tempt me.

please try to be just a good friend,
bc i don’t want all of us,
end up in tears.
