so here are my list for what i've recently run on my day..
- during the weekend, my sister and her hubby decided to paint their room. she likes green and he likes light blue so they painted on different walls with their fave color. and i was sick with my pale red wall, so i changed the color to light blue. i will be back with more story about the colors.
- i still keep up with my running goal. this morning i ran just 20 minutes bc i ran out of time. i am on my 84th day.
- i got back to wake up at 5 am but tomorrow i will try 4.30 am to have more time in the morning before i open my shop.
- my weights has gone down to 52 from 54 since i got back from bali. i run every single day, stay sugar-free and try not to eat too late.
- i've started new book this morning "eat, pray, love". it's my 40th book of this year. in between, i read "vietnam" guide book before sleeping.
- i've started writing morning page again. instead of writing 3 pages, i wrote 1 page bc i ran out of time. i will try 2 pages tomorrow.
- i feel fit and my tighs and tummy are getting slim. yippee!!
- i am thrilled with my road trip to phuket on this coming thursday!
it's the book that i'd longed to read. i found it and bought it when i was in bali. so freakin' glad that i got it half price. i stopped buying new books for a long time and like hunting for used books. i've listed names of book i really want to read on my other site. i've started few pages and it started to make me laugh.
