me time

what do you do when you get pissed but you can't hit yourself (bc you don't want more pain), or break any glass (bc you don't want to buy new ones after the storm disappears).. i dig deep into creating something. scrapbooking is my way out.

last night i sat for a few hours writing inspirational quotes and glueing some photos in 4 new sheets of scrapbooking. they are not done and need more decorations but after finishing and getting tired when the 4 pcs were done, i felt light and the piss was halved and finally gone. i went to bed, hopefully i could wake up light and anger-free.

if not talk it out with bf, i need to do some kinds of art to lighten the "piss" like scrapbooking, writing, taking photos... and soon the joy in me will be back..

in the morning, when getting up, i smiled at the messy i did on the carpet. went down to prepare breakfast for kla, i came up to get changed into running outfit and ran for 2 miles. while showering, i played "lifehouse", sang along and dance. i could feel the music and i came back happy now..
