i was finished with the book last night. it took me only 2 days to read through the last page. love love love love it! i must admit that i fall in love with the characters in the book and wanted to change the ending. it is a heart-wrenching and heart-warming book and i want to read it again. i read it slowly to absorb the whole book and all the main characters. this morning, i didn't start a new book right after finishing this one last night, but instead i wrote about it in my diary. i agree with the comment on the back cover that the author wrote with it high confidence.. it's my second book of this year..

and what else aside from reading? it is my first day back to work! good to be back; back to the routine, back to eating right, back to running, back to reading and back to writing... i got up at 5 with no hard feeling this morning, which was a good thing to start my day. i didn't read or started a new book, but wrote about 'innocence' in my diary.. then at 6.30, after journalling for 5 pages, i dragged myself upstairs to get changed and stepped on the treadmill. my legs were still stiff from running on the hill when i was at home. so, my main attention was to run 20 mins but as i did it slowly, i kept running on until i reached 4 miles in 33.15 mins. then i lifted weights. i hope this week to run slow to heal my rigid legs but do it 4-5 miles a day.. not sure if i can do 5 days in a row.. but will see.. happy monday!
